At nineteen, Timothy was fat and anxious to lose most of his 120 lbs weight. A vegan lifestyle boosts skin health thereby reducing blemishes and healing bruises and cuts faster. Timothy’s now an attractive young lad and looks like he’s five years younger than his age.
Better Environment and resources
A vegan lifestyle enforces growing of more plants than growing animals, and this refocus which needs fewer resources brings up another advantage of being a vegan. A vegan’s lifestyle leads to a much safer environment that eliminates pollution when laden with plants, plants and more plants thereby reducing the damage caused by an alter-lifestyle of meat and dairy foods and animal maintenance which requires even more resources to grow.
